Volunteer Opportunity to support Ukraine (Monday July 25) – Varenyky Preparation
This is a request for volunteers to prepare varenyky on Monday, July 25th in either two sessions taking place in the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral Hall, 1000 Byron Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario.
Monday, July 25th; 9 a.m. to noon, bring your own peeler to peel potatoes and prepare filling.
Same day, noon to 4 p.m. pinch dough, boil and wash tables, etc.
Volunteers are asked to be vaccinated, maintain social distancing, bring an apron and wear head covering.
