Kita’s Gentle Message:

Listen to your Heart

Kita Spzak

“There are many truths circulating out there – especially in turbulent, uncertain times such as these. Some espouse health solutions, others economic ways and means to beat the present downturn. Some profess the next best thing for staying sane while social distancing, still others promote ideal foods to eat and music to tune into. Whatever the mantra that is knocking on your emotional door, observe it and before taking it “to heart”, listen to your own Heart first. If ever there was a time to prioritize your inner self, that time is now. You already know the truth – your Truth and it resides within you – nowhere else. Have faith. Above all, believe in yourself. Your Heart tells the Truth. Always.”
To your Happiness.
